Journal Of Sinar Psychological Science (JSPS) is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing multidisciplinary issues related to Psychological Science – Clinical and Counseling Psychology, Cognitive and Personality Psychology, Developmental and Family Psychology, Social and Community Psychology, Educational and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Health and Positive Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience and Biopsychology, Forensic and Cross-Cultural Psychology, Digital and Technology-Based Psychology, and Psychological Research Methodology. JSPS is a triannual, open access, peer-reviewed, and international e-journal. We accept unpublished, high-quality, and original research manuscripts in English. All research articles appearing in JSPS have undergone a thorough blind peer-review process.
JSPS will not accept research articles or manuscripts submitted for publication elsewhere.
JSPS does not publish book reviews, program evaluations, or research articles merely describing programs, courses, or personal experiences. All research articles submitted must be written in English.
Peer Review Process
Research articles or manuscripts submitted to JSPS are initially reviewed by the editors for general fit with the JSPS focus and scope and for writing quality. Only manuscripts meeting the JSPS focus and scope will be sent to reviewers for a double-blind review. Two reviewers are assigned to evaluate the manuscript based on their expertise, and a third reviewer may be appointed in case of disagreement on manuscript quality. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts using a standard evaluation form and are required to treat all information as confidential. The final decision on publication always belongs to the JSPS editors, among these possibilities: Accept without revisions, Accept with minor revisions, Accept with major revisions, or Reject.
Open Access Policy
JSPS provides direct open access to its content, in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition of Open Access, allowing free availability of full texts for reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, and linking, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than internet access itself.
